We all suffer from aches and pains. As a therapist I can effectively treat minor and chronic soft tissue injuries. I will also teach you self-help techniques, enabling you to maintain a high level of health.
OXYGEN ADVANTAGE INSTRUCTOR
Learning how to optimize your breathing can dramatically improve your physical and mental health. Improving the way you breath can improve sleep, weight loss, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, concentration and the ability to deal with stress. People with breathing conditions such as asthma and COPD can benefit greatly.

ABOUT ME
Suffering from asthma as a child, I learnt early on in life the importance of prioritizing health and became passionate about helping and educating others. I have over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry working with a variety of clients ranging from elite athletes training for a new personal best, to osteoarthritis sufferers wanting to get through their day pain free.
More recently I have discovered the benefits of focusing on how we breath.
My asthma and fitness have never been better!
